These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Screen Beaver’s website (https://screenbeaver.com), desktop application, MCP integrations, and paid plans (the “Services”), operated by Yasharka Bhattacharya trading as NEXOXA (“we”, “us”). Screen Beaver is the product brand. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law (typically 18+). If you use the Services for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate account and billing information.
2. The Services (what we sell)
Screen Beaver is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product: a desktop product-demo / screen-recording studio for Windows. Customers use it to capture screen (and optional Android USB) walkthroughs, apply studio polish (auto zooms, cursor polish, captions, scene effects, sound effects), and export a local H.264 MP4 on their own machine.
Business model: digital software access, Free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro, Team). There is no physical product. We do not sell AI models, AI chat, AI image/video generation, or other AI-as-a-service features. Optional MCP tools let you connect your own coding agents (for example Cursor or Claude Code) to drive capture; those agents are third-party products you choose and pay for separately.
What paid Pro unlocks (when billing is available):
- Everything in Free (recording, auto polish, captions, 720p local export in the desktop studio).
- MCP agent capture, connect your own MCP-capable agents to drive the studio.
- Windows desktop app entitlements for Pro features.
- Android USB recording.
- 4K export without watermark.
- Full scene effects and SFX pad.
Team adds seats and shared presets as described on the Pricing page. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. Access and license delivery are described in the Shipping / Delivery Policy.
3. Accounts & subscriptions
- You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account.
- Paid plans are SaaS subscriptions billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout and renew until cancelled.
- You may cancel renewal anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise at purchase.
- We may change prices with notice; changes apply on the next renewal unless we say otherwise.
- Applicable taxes may be shown at checkout if required by law. There is currently no GSTIN (unregistered individual).
4. Payments
Paid plans are billed through a third-party payment processor at checkout. Card, UPI, and other payment details are handled by that processor, not stored on our servers. Depending on your location and what the processor enables, you may pay with methods such as:
- Domestic (India) methods such as UPI, netbanking, wallets, and Indian-issued cards.
- International cards and other supported methods, in INR or other supported currencies.
By paying, you authorise the charge for the selected plan and currency. Failed payments may result in suspended paid features until resolved. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may lead to account suspension. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. License & ownership
Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business or personal demo-creation purposes.
You retain ownership of your recordings, projects, and exports (“Customer Content”). You grant us only rights needed to operate features you enable. Screen Beaver software, branding, and site content remain ours or our licensors’. You may not reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), resell, or misuse the Services.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, or record people without required consent.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Services.
- Do not scrape or abuse APIs beyond documented use.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with Screen Beaver.
- Do not use Free/trial access to circumvent paid limits in bad faith.
- Do not use the Services for illegal adult content, weapons, gambling, or other categories prohibited by payment partners or applicable card networks.
7. Third-party services
Integrations (MCP clients and agents you connect, hosting, and payment processors) are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies. Connecting a coding agent via MCP does not make Screen Beaver an AI product provider.
8. Web demo limitations
The browser demo is for evaluation. Browser security limits some desktop-only features (system-wide cursor, Android USB). Demo output may be limited or watermarked as described in-product.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that every export will meet every platform’s encoding rules without adjustment.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YASHARKA BHATTACHARYA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR INR 8,000 / equivalent if you have not paid).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law (including Indian consumer protection law where it applies).
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Services anytime and cancel renewals in billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, chargeback abuse, illegal use, or legal/security requirements. Sections that should survive (ownership, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Subject to those protections, courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law. The “Last updated” date will change.
