What is Screen Beaver?

A local product-demo / screen-recording studio (SaaS) you can drive with MCP agents. Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, Trae, Antigravity, Codex, and other vibe coding agents can capture a walkthrough without you touching the screen — then Screen Beaver adds zooms, captions, effects, and exports H.264 MP4 on your machine. Screen Beaver does not provide AI models or AI generation features; agents you connect are yours.

How do I make a tutorial without touching my screen?

Download and install Screen Beaver for Windows first, leave it running, then install the MCP CLI and connect any vibe coding agent. Ask it to run the demo. MCP only works after the software is installed.

Do I need the desktop app?

Yes. The Windows desktop app must be installed before MCP can be used.

Is my video uploaded for export?

No. Export is local H.264 MP4 via WebCodecs (Chrome or Edge recommended). Optional network helpers such as Creative Commons music search are separate and only when you use them.

Does Android recording work over USB?

With the desktop app — portable ADB/scrcpy mirrors the phone, records MP4, samples cursor for zooms/clicks, and can auto-match a device frame with 9:16 framing.

Is Screen Beaver a Screen Studio alternative for Windows?

Yes — with a unique MCP angle: agents can film the demo for you. You still get cinematic zooms, cursor polish, effects, Android USB, and local H.264 export. We sell studio software access, not AI features.
