Docs chapters and sales cuts from one Screen Beaver timeline
A product marketing lead reused a single polished walkthrough across docs embeds, sales follow-ups, and social cutdowns.
Devtools startup·6 min read
- 1 master → 4 surfaces
- Chaptered docs clips
- Faster sales follow-ups

Instead of recording a new Loom for every FAQ, the team kept one Screen Beaver timeline: signup → dashboard → settings → billing. They trimmed chapters for docs and a longer cut for sales.
Surfaces served
- Docs: 20–40s chapters with captions
- Sales: full walkthrough with empty-state honesty
- Homepage: 45s open-on-payoff cut
- Social: square crops with burn-in captions
Maintenance
UI drift meant re-recording the flow — not rebuilding an NLE project. Optional MCP kept repetitive walkthroughs agent-driven when marketing was heads-down on copy.
